Jewels For Gems delivers artificial jewellery to cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

Dispatch and Delivery Time

Orders are normally dispatched on the next working day after confirmation. Delivery usually takes up to four working days after dispatch. Please allow up to six working days in total for your order to arrive.

Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sales, severe weather or courier delays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the product, order size and current offer. Free delivery applies only when clearly mentioned on the product page or promotional offer.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan. Please provide a complete address and active phone number so the courier can contact you.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared after dispatch when available. Customers can use the tracking number to follow their parcel through the assigned courier service.

Damaged Products

We do not offer returns for change of mind. Customers must record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel. The video should begin before the parcel is opened and clearly show the shipping label, sealed packaging and product condition.

If an item arrives broken or damaged during shipping, contact us promptly and share the complete parcel-opening video. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted. After verification, appropriate compensation will be provided.
