Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Jewels For Gems delivers retail, wholesale and bulk jewellery orders across Pakistan through courier services.

Order Confirmation

Customers must provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number. Orders may be confirmed by phone or message before dispatch.

Dispatch Time

Confirmed orders are normally dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed during holidays, major sales or unusually busy periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes up to four working days after dispatch. Please allow up to six working days in total from order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, remote locations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the product, order size, destination and current promotion. Free delivery applies only when clearly mentioned on the product page or promotional offer.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan. Customers should keep their phone active so the courier can contact them.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is shared after dispatch when available. Customers can use the tracking number through the assigned courier’s tracking service.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel must be resent because the provided address or phone number was incorrect or incomplete.

Damaged Parcels

Customers must record a clear, continuous video before opening the parcel. The video must show the shipping label, sealed packaging, complete opening process and product condition.

If a product arrives broken or damaged during shipping, contact us promptly and share the complete unboxing video. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted. Verified claims may receive appropriate compensation.
