These Terms of Service apply to your use of jewelsforgems.com and purchases made from Jewels For Gems. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Business Information
Jewels For Gems is an artificial jewellery manufacturer, retailer and wholesale supplier based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Products and Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, designs, sizes, descriptions and prices accurately. Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Minor variations may also occur in handcrafted or semi-handcrafted jewellery.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may update, discontinue or limit products and quantities without notice.
Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges may apply unless free delivery is clearly mentioned.
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Other payment methods may be offered where available. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may confirm, reject or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer information, suspected fraud or delivery limitations.
Customers must provide an active phone number and complete address. Jewels For Gems is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched on the next working day after confirmation. Delivery usually takes up to four working days after dispatch. Customers should allow up to six working days in total.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, sales, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns, Refunds and Shipping Damage
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, colour choice, size selection or an incorrectly provided delivery address.
Customers must record a clear, continuous video before opening the parcel. The video must show the shipping label, sealed packaging, complete opening process and product condition.
Verified products damaged during shipping may qualify for appropriate compensation. Claims without a complete unboxing video cannot be accepted. Full conditions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Wholesale prices, quantities and availability depend on the selected products and order size. Wholesale or bulk terms communicated for a specific order form part of that transaction.
Jewellery Care
Artificial jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, hairspray, lotions, sweat and harsh chemicals. Store jewellery in a clean, dry place. Damage caused by wear, moisture, chemicals, mishandling or improper storage is not considered shipping damage.
Intellectual Property
The Jewels For Gems name, branding, website content, graphics, product photographs and original written material may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Prohibited Use
You may not use this website for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with website security, unauthorised data collection or infringement of intellectual-property rights.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jewels For Gems is not responsible for indirect losses, courier delays or damage caused after delivery. Nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when our products, services or business practices change. The version published on this website applies from its publication date.
