What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel. The video should begin before the parcel is opened and clearly show the shipping label, sealed packaging and product condition. Contact us promptly and share the complete video. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted. After verification, appropriate compensation will be provided.
